We do have policies that make it possible for us to offer trade for store credit for your gently used items.

*Due to the economic impacts of COVID19 on our business we will no longer be offering trade for cash, store credit only. We are also slowing down on how quickly we go through your items, our current wait time is about 7-10 days.

But before booking, please read our policies to follow!
1. We only accept drop-offs for Resale Trade by APPOINTMENT.
Appointments are available 7 days a week, if there are no times available on a day that means our schedule is full that day. You can cancel and reschedule your appoinment right on your smartphone!
2. We will only go through 3 grocery sized brown bags of clothing per drop-off. Please go through your items and discard visibly stained/worn clothing.
**No stuffed trash bags**
3. Your items need to be somewhat organized & laundered/free of animal hair/odor or we will not go through them.
4. Please call us before you bring in large equipment or furniture.
This way we can check to see if it is something we need before you bring it in. #callbeforeyouhaul
**We will not take in excessively dirty, recalled or old (6+ yrs.) products. Not sure if your gear is recalled? head to www.cpsc.gov to check.
If you bring in old/broken/recalled equipment you will be responsible for picking it back up or paying a $5 disposal fee.
5. We kindly ask and appreciate at least 10 days to go through your items for trade.
**We will not go through your items on-the-spot and are letting them sit for a few days due to COVID just to be safe.
6. If you choose to PICK-UP your items vs. selecting for us to DONATE them for you, you will need to pick-up these items timely.
**If we do not hear back from you we will have to eventually donate your items but we do try to hold on to them as long as we have space.
MORE ON MONEY
-The amount we offer for your items is a percentage based on what we think we can re-sell the item for.
-We are not a consignment store. We make your offer before the item sells. We inherently take on the risk of the item not selling or having to reduce prices over time.
-We base our retail price on popularity, brand, condition, season, quality and need.
-Anything that retails in our store for $3.50- $4.50 is bought in at a General Price of .30c per item.
-Anything under $3.50 is .15c per item. ex. onesies & cotton pants.
-All $5.50+ is a percentage based on standards listed above from 20% and upwards.
-Large equipment & furniture or premium designer clothing 30-50%
-Older equipment 25-30%
-If we have to put batteries in an item to get it to work. The cost of the battery will be deducted at .30c each aa/aaa & $1 each for C/D batteries.
-We do not buy-in stained, excessively worn, faded or ripped clothing.
-Toys, games or gear with missing pieces.
-Items that need a lot of cleaning.
-If you have chosen to DONATE what we do not buy-in, it will be donated to the Multiple Sclerosis Society
Store credit e x p i r e s one year after it is entered on your account.
Your store credit is good for gently used items in the store. New items will need to be purchased seperately.
Everything sold in store, is sold as-is.
